Christopher A. Szpryngel is a dementia researcher focusing on workplace dementia. Chris earned his Ph.D. in Human & Organizational Systems at Fielding Graduate University. His dissertation is entitled:

Dementia in and Beyond the Workplace: Lived Experiences of Employees with Early-Onset Dementia

Chris is an adjunct professor at The University of Bridgeport and an associate faculty professor at the Malcolm Baldrige School of Business at Post University. He has developed, designed, and teaches business courses in the undergraduate and graduate programs. He has worked in higher education for over 18 years and is a former program chair, director, and business school dean.  Chris is also a former Military Policeman who served in the U.S. Army.

Chris also holds a Master's in Human & Organizational Development from Fielding, an MBA from the University of New Haven, and a bachelor’s degree from Post University. He lives in Waterbury, Connecticut with his wife, and they have three children.
